When you use the contact form we collect your name, the phone number or email address you give us, the service you are asking about, and your message. We use this to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to arrange the work. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, once we agree work, the performance of a contract.

Form submissions are emailed to us through a transactional email provider and kept in our mailbox. We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as we need them to deliver the service and meet legal obligations.

This site does not set tracking cookies. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless page analytics from our hosting provider to count visits and see which pages are used. No personal profile is built and no data is sold.

The map on the contact page is provided by Google Maps. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads. See Google's privacy policy for details.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the providers that run this website and deliver our email, and only so far as needed to do that. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict its use. Email us and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
